- ICT Service

Projects are conducted to build new ICT services, processes, or systems or to improve ICT services, processes, or systems.
Portfolio objects
Control the groups of the elementary control objects, instead of each single service, process, system, or project.
- ICT Service portfolio (Service catalog (ITIL)), a service catalog or structured list of services.
- ICT Process portfolio: A team, group, or department.
- ICT System portfolio: System landscape or system architecture.
